Rich crema, good portion, easy to clean, store and look at. Quality plastic housing, quality stainless piston, quality gaskets. Smooth pressing, nice grippy even with wet hands, good insulated cup (and big enough for both additives and/or ice). Reduced my coffee bean use in half because this makes a reliable Americano. Takes pods. I use the gold filtered two pack if I’m traveling for the day.

Customers having problems with the machine breaking. The breakage seems to be caused by the pressure created when making the espresso but may also be related to using coffee pods not made by Barsetto. This is the other primary complaint from reviewers who want to use pods from their home machines in this one.
